Seven Palm Estate- Amazing
We’ve rented dozens of Airbnb’s and this one is one of the best. Unlike some rentals that cut corners on the “luxury” aspects of a house, this house delivered in every way. High grade furniture and beds, plush linens, robes, well stocked kitchen… it had it all. The bocce court in the front and has powered fire pit we’re some of our favorite highlights. Would definitely book again!

Fantastic home in the heart of Palm Springs. The home had everything my family of 4 needed for a fantastic week in Palm Springs. We spent most of the days hanging out in the backyard by the pool, with the mountains in the background
Mountain View Villa- Simply Amazing
We had the most wonderful time at this Airbnb - to the point where we extended our stay twice! A three day trip turned into ten because we fell so deeply in love with the property. If the owner wanted to rent this house to me for a year I would do it ;) It has all the amenities - hot tub, pool, fireplace, outdoor fire pit, plentiful outdoor seating, cozy couch, and gorgeous views. The online pictures make the living room seem a little stark and cold, but in person it’s actually cozy and comfortable. It’s also dog friendly and our pup had the best time roaming around the yard and soaking up the sun. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and it’s perfectly located just a few minutes from all the great restaurants in downtown. I couldn’t have had a better time. We look forward to returning!
Amazing space!!!
Amazing space!!! We stayed at the rental and ordered take-out the entire time! The backyard has everything- pool, spa, fireplace, tables, sofas!!! The double master suite is great too.

This place is PERFECT
This place is PERFECT for a small group of friends or couples traveling together. Great amenities, virtually sound proof house (with the doors and windows shut of course), hot spa and warm pool, mountain views and central location make it a place we'll definitely come back to in the future.

Our weekend at the M&M compound was great. The house was very family-friendly, neighborhood was quiet, and the house/yard were well-maintained with many features to make the weekend relaxing and fun. Host kept in touch via text to ensure we had everything we needed.

The house is even more beautiful in person and the outdoor space is exceptional. Sparkling clean and easy check in. I would definitely recommend!! It costs extra to heat the hot tub, be sure to clarify this with the host up front.

Palm Springs Classic
The house is very cool! It looks like a Palm Springs classic which has been recently remodeled. The house has everything that you will need. Plenty of pool towels and bath towels. The yard is beautiful and relaxing. There is a pool heating fee which I didn’t realize but it seemed reasonable. The kitchen is very well appointed. We were able to make some fantastic meals! We would definitely come back!

The house was beyond what I was expecting. I had an amazing stay at the Bedford house. The house was beautiful, with it’s stylish decor and the thoughtful complimentary toiletries, coffee pods, sun glasses, tote bag and beer cozy. I can’t wait to book my next Palm Springs trip with luxsy.
Amazing house!
Amazing house! We have stayed at numerous vacation homes in the Palm Springs area and this is definitely one of the best! The inside is perfect. Large, comfortable beds with plenty of amenities. The shower in the main master bathroom is larger than anything I've ever seen before. Outside is fantastic. The pool was cool in spite of it being 118+ out and there is plenty of shade to hang out. We couldn't have been more satisfied and would definitely look to stay here again the next time we are coming down.

Hard to find any issues with our stay. The property was peaceful, comfortable, fun and close to many Palm Spring activities.
Palmside Retreat!
We had a great stay! We may have been the first guests here but this house was ready for our family getaway to Palm Springs. We mostly stayed in, enjoying the pool and oversized hot tub. The arcade game was a big hit with everyone!

Hands down this was the best vacation rental we’ve ever experienced. The property and pool were just lovely. Also: I’ve never seen such a completely stocked kitchen - every utensil, pan, glassware you could ever need. Highly recommended!

Steller Stay
The house is magnificent and a perfect place to spend time. We stayed for a long weekend but would have liked to have stayed for a month. We took a super short uber to the bars downtown a couple nights but most days we just wanted to stay home and lounge by the pool. Everything was pristinely clean, and the house has pretty much everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay. One can tell a lot of thought and care was put in to really make it a beautiful and easy place to walk into and immediately relax for a great trip. Thanks for a stellar stay!!!

Aperture House Recommended
Absolutely loved the house. It was the perfect size for 4 adults, close to the downtown area and covered every basic amenity we might have needed. We loved the backyard more than anything else, and enjoyed our time by the pool more than our time spent downtown. 2 min away from The closest grocery store, and no problem staying cool inside of the house when it got too hot to be outside. Very responsive host, and I would definitely recommend.

This property was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into the decor/interior design. They did a wonderful job and it is the perfect place to stay while visiting Palm Springs! Also, the owners/ company were always available to help with our check in and answer questions. The owners were very accommodating and allowed our dogs to stay as well which was a great bonus! Highly recommend!

With so many options to stay in Palm Springs, I'm glad we chose Luxsy. Everything worked out great! The house was super clean, organized, modern appliances, and they have a good sense of style, the house is beautiful! We mostly spent our days by the pool, which it was perfect since it was really hot outside. We're definitely coming back and prioritize staying with Luxsy.

This house is as beautiful as advertised and is perfect for friends or family that wants to spend time in beautiful Palm Springs AND be super comfortable at home. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the house is beautifully decorated. It feels like a private oasis in the desert.

Beautiful house!!! Picturesque views!! The house literally looks just like the pictures if not better. Very comfy accommodations and ample space and storage. Could have stayed longer! Pool and hot tub are the best. Keith was there for us when we needed him. 5 stars!
Apeture House
This home was absolutely beautiful, filled with tons of unique art inside. We were a group of 4 and it was more than enough room for us, but it is possible with 6 adults it may feel a tad bit cramped if everyone is inside. In all reality, you will not be spending much time inside at all as the backyard/pool area was incredibly huge and absolutely perfect. The backyard of this home is 100% a selling point and worth every penny. One of the best backyards I have experienced at palm springs.

We absolutely loved our stay here — so much so that we actually extended it an extra day! We really didn’t want to leave at all, the outdoor space is just perfect— the pool is gorgeous, the fire pit is so inviting and the bocce ball area was so fun!! The inside had all the comforts of home and additional things you’d ever want or need. Beautifully decorated and immaculately kept, we would love to stay here again!

Stylish Burton Place
The house looks exactly as same as the pictures. It was very clean and stylish. The neighborhood is also very nice. You can enjoy walked on the street with exotic desert mountain view, cactus and flowers. I recommend you to get heated pool. It’s worth doing it. You can enjoy night swim in the warm water. My family include an infant baby were satisfied the whole time staying here. Thank you Keith for hosting us. He responded very quickly. The check in was very smooth and welcoming. I highly recommend this house.

Burton Place an Oasis
This house was a perfect spot for 3 couples to spend a long weekend. We spent all our time outside enjoying the pool, spa, fire pit, and landscaping. The kitchen had everything we could want and the beds were very comfortable. The house felt like an oasis. We especially liked how bright and welcoming the house felt while also being very private. Great location - easy to get to the airport, the grocery store, and downtown Palm Springs. We would love to stay here again!

This house is amazing, we loved our stay and plan to come back. Design is superb, it was super clean and location is perfect - close to downtown, yet in a very quiet neighborhood. Host was nice and very quick to respond to our questions. Definitely recommend this place.
