It was his dream to create lifelong memories for others through timeless vacation experiences. With keen attention to detail and years of real estate experience and professional yacht management, Kevin is committed to providing guests and homeowners with exceptional service and hospitality.
Kevin’s Story
In 2001, Kevin was invited to visit Palm Springs and the legendary Sinatra compound in Rancho Mirage. This five-acre estate was Sinatra’s home from the 1950s until 1996. It was during this trip that Kaiser fell in love with the Palm Springs.
Since then, Kevin and his family have vacationed in Palm Springs several times each year. He has traveled the world and had the opportunity to stay in 5-star resorts and private luxury home rentals. Yet no matter the price point, Kevin was surprised by their inconsistency and lack of hospitality.
As time went on, his passion for vacation home management grew along with the desire to provide luxury rental experiences. After years of living in Texas, he decided to follow his dream and move to California, beginning a new and exciting venture—Luxsy Palm Springs. Due to his dedication, Luxsy is now recognized as one of the best Palm Springs vacation rental companies. Today, Kevin’s love for Palm Springs is as timeless as the city itself. With its blue skies and golden landscape, this desert will always have a special place in his heart.
Keith Kaiser – General Manager
Originally from Houston, Texas, Keith (followed his brother Kevin) moved to Palm Springs to follow his passion for the real estate business. With 15 years of experience managing one of the largest boat and yachts clubs in the USA, this has provided him with valuable skills he uses daily in overseeing the Luxsy hospitably business. Keith’s attention to detail to ensure each house is absolutely perfect for each guest is his specialty.

When his is not working he enjoys spending time riding his bike around Palm Springs, hiking and exploring the Southern California. His is also a dog dad to an amazing chocolate lab, a boy name Sue.
