Where do I pick up the keys?
Our collection of homes use modern security technology and are completely keyless! The passcode will be provided after booking your vacation home and a Hospitality manager will greet you at the home for your check-in and tour.

What’s included with the rental in regard to toiletries?
Each bathroom is stocked with L’Occitane shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, a bar of soap, vanity kit, bath salt, shower cap, and disposable makeup removers.

What’s included in the Kitchen?
Each kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. We go beyond this and provide Starbucks® K- Cups, sugar, sweeteners, coffee creamers, spice rack, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning products, dishcloths, sponges, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, bottles of water, and more. It is part of the Luxsy difference!

What kind of bedding do you have?
Our linens are purchased from the same vendor that supplies the most upscale resorts in the world. Each bedroom has 2 sets of sheets, 4 pillow options (flat and full), and our top cover/duvets are washed and sanitized for each guest. No other company in the Palm desert provides this level of detail; we are proud to offer our guests nothing but the best.
