GUEST ACCESS
You will have complete access to the entire home, however there is no garage access. You will be greeted in person at your check-in and given the door code.
*Optional pool/spa heat can be added after your booking for $59 per night.
*No smoking indoors
** Pets under 40 lbs. are considered on a case-by-case basis with a $150 pet fee, plus an additional $500 pet deposit.
*You must be 25 years or older to rent a vacation home in Palm Springs.
* Included with the Cleaning Fee is a Rental Guardian Damage Policy.
