Mountain View Villa
Built in 1952, Mountain View Villa is a classic mid-century home that was reimagined and updated in 2021 with all the luxury and comforts to create a dream vacation home experience. Located in the desirable Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood the Villa is centrally located in Palm Springs, making downtown just minutes away! This four-bedroom home features an open floor plan living area and spread-out bedrooms so each family has their own “wing” of the home. Multiple doors and glass sliders open up the space to the outdoors, making it light and bright, and welcoming the outdoors inside. Two of the bedrooms also feature their own sliders that open up to separate private patios that lead to the backyard. The home is furnished with luxury modern furniture and boasts numerous amenities including a private pool, large spa, gas grill, fire pit, large covered outdoor dining space, outdoor kitchen (with grill, sink and fridge), indoor fire place and much more! The bedrooms are separated by the living and kitchen giving two families great privacy and space.

As you walk outdoors, you will be instantly greeted by a large resort-style pool, spa, outdoor shower, and oversized gas firepit with seating for 8.
