Palmside Retreat
Built in the early 60’s, Palmside Retreat, is a historic Mid- Century Alexander that was completely renovated for comfort, style and convenience. The home has even been featured on The Modernism Home Tour and The Modernism Garden Tour! The design was to create a dream vacation home experience with all the privacy and comforts you could ever imagine. Located in Palm Springs, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom compound features over 2000 sq.ft. with white marble-style flooring and two separate living areas, a large open concept kitchen, and dining space. The completely private compound was professional decorated with the finest furniture and features numerous amenities including a pool and spa, water features, putting green, natural gas BBQ, fire pit, indoor fire place, mountain views, private gardens and even an arcade cocktail console featuring over 3500 games including Pac Man! This vacation home has it all!
Palmside Retreat is located in Palm Springs Historic Golf Club Estates just a short drive from downtown Palm Springs. You will have access to world renowned shops, restaurants, bars, clubs and much more. Additionally, Trader Joes, Target, Vons and Starbucks are less than a 5-minute drive!

Indoor

Top of the line appliances and a huge dining area adjacent to the island bar with sliders that open up to the outdoor space. The kitchen is truly the heart of the home.
Outdoor
