Aperture House
Built in 1960, Aperture House is a classic mid-century Alexander, designed by William Krisel that was completely reimagined and updated with all the luxury and comforts to create a dream vacation home experience. Located in Racquet Club, this three-bedroom home features an open floor plan living area, enhanced with soaring tongue and groove ceilings unique to Palm Springs. Multiple glass sliders open up the space to the outdoors, making it light and bright, and welcomes the outdoors inside. An added bonus is the media room, off the living room, which allows for extra space to relax. The en-suite master bedroom also features vaulted ceilings and has its own slider that opens up to a private patio that leads to the pool. The home is furnished with luxury modern furniture and boasts numerous amenities including a private pool, large spa, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, fire pit, indoor fire place and much more!
